“Design a Better Call Center” campaign for IBM

I served as the lead copywriter for a fun and engaging video campaign for IBM, designed to help businesses better manage high call center volumes. Using comedy as a hook, we highlighted the absurdity of traditional call center systems and emphasized the need for a major overhaul. IBM was thrilled with the campaign's success, which led to a noticeable surge in product interest.
